Customer Service Position
We are seeking a dedicated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Our ideal candidate will provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers via phone.
* They will assist both existing and potential customers with product and service information and support.
* Responsibilities include handling customer requests in our systems, such as rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, and more.
* The right person will identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
Requirements
* Fluency in French (minimum C1 level required); English is an asset.
* Strong problem-solving skills and interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
* Flexibility to work varied hours (Monday to Saturday, 07:00-21:00).
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
* Ability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Lisbon area.
