* Drive initiatives to improve processes and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Gap Analysis:
* Conduct gap analysis of existing documentation to identify areas for restructuring and improvement.
* Quality Assurance:
* Proofread and audit new and existing documentation for standards compliance.
* Content Creation:
* Create high-quality content by comprehending features and functionality, allowing independent development of content.
* Collaboration:
* Work efficiently with Product Teams to ensure technical accuracy and completion of complex backlog items.
* Design Meeting Participation:
* Attend design meetings to thoroughly understand features that are to be documented.
* Publishing Content:
* Create and publish new online content using functional specifications and research for Product Teams.
