Service Redesign Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned Service Redesign Consultant to join our pool of experts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us design and develop user-centred public services.
Job Description:
As a Service Redesign Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing and assessing the design, workflows, and business models of up to ten public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework. You will propose redesigned service models aligned with user needs and digital delivery requirements, draft implementation roadmaps, and legislative inputs to support the transition to user-centred public services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and assess the design, workflows, and business models of up to ten public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework.
* Propose redesigned service models aligned with user needs and digital delivery requirements.
* Draft implementation roadmaps and legislative inputs to support the transition to user-centred public services.
* Collaborate with public administration teams to facilitate simplification and modernisation of internal processes.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in public administration, political science, digital governance, or similar.
* At least 8 years' experience in public sector reform, service design, or digital transformation.
* Experience in EU Member States' administration or working with national digitalisation strategies.
* Strong knowledge of administrative simplification, process re-engineering, and human-centric design.
