We're looking for a talented Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Job Description:
Your role will be to review and moderate content on popular social media platforms, ensuring that everything adheres to community guidelines. You'll analyze and act on flagged content, escalate complex cases when needed, and apply guidelines fairly across different types of content.
* Analyze and act on text, images, and video content
* Evaluate the severity of flagged content and take appropriate action
* Escalate complex cases when necessary
You'll need fluency in Italian and confidence in English, as well as a strong understanding of social media and digital trends. Experience in moderation or e-commerce is a plus.
