What You Will Do In This Role
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
- Support customers in managing reservations, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental bookings and their options, suggesting and providing additional information to meet customer needs.
- Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform.
- Process and promptly respond to contact requests.
- Contribute to building engagement with our client's brand.
Your Qualifications

- Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Are available for rotating schedules
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
