We are actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding team located in Portugal's capital, Lisbon. In this capacity, you will function as the primary point of communication for our client base speaking French, dedicated to providing support that is helpful, professional, and focused on resolution. Your primary function will be to assist customers by resolving their queries, addressing problems effectively, and ensuring they encounter an excellent service standard at every interaction point.

Essential Functions

* Deliver responsive assistance to French-speaking customers across multiple channels, including telephone calls, electronic mail, live web chat, and other digital contact methods.
* Supply accurate data, conduct thorough troubleshooting for issues, and effectively lead customers toward successful resolutions.
* Maintain a consistently high standard of professionalism, demonstrate genuine empathy, and prioritize customer satisfaction throughout every engagement.
* Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to facilitate the smooth escalation and definitive resolution of highly complex or specialized cases.
* Meticulously log all customer contacts and related details, ensuring comprehensive records are kept within the designated CRM system.
* Ensure strict adherence to all company protocols, service-level specifications, and defined quality assurance standards.
* Contribute positively to the overall team environment and actively propose suggestions for continuous process improvement.
* Stay diligently informed about product specifications, recent feature releases, and organizational policies to guarantee the provision of the most current and best possible service.


Necessary Skills and Eligibility

* Native fluency in French (or validated minimum proficiency at the C1 level).
* Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
* Highly developed communication capabilities, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
* A client-first mentality characterized by patience, strong empathy, and acute attention to operational detail.
* Fundamental competence in computer usage and the ability to quickly master new software and systems.
* Must be able to perform duties on-site at the office facility in Lisbon.
* Possession of EU citizenship or current, valid permits/documents granting the legal right to work and reside in Portugal.

* Prior professional experience in roles such as customer service, technical assistance, the hospitality industry, or similar client-facing fields.
* Working knowledge of CRM tools or previous experience in a contact center setting.
