Job Summary
* Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of IT services
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate teams responsible for delivering services
* Ensure teams operate efficiently and align with established objectives
* Apply best practices in IT service management and maintain the highest service quality through adherence to the ITIL framework
* Manage critical incidents, restore services rapidly in accordance with defined SLAs, and analyze service performance to recommend improvements
* Prepare regular reports on service performance, conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems Management
* At least 5 years' experience in tasks described above, accumulated in the last 7 years
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access and Excel), Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft collaboration tools (Teams, SCCM) and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana
* ITIL certification is highly valued
