We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a growing business in the Luxury Real Estate sector in Madeira.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with international clients, and is looking to grow within a high-performance, results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and property viewings
- Communicating with national and international clients
- Handling client follow-ups and lead management
- Preparing and organizing documentation and contracts
- Supporting property listings and online promotion
- Coordinating with lawyers, banks, and business partners
- Providing general administrative and commercial support
Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with digital tools (email, Excel, CRM, online platforms)
- Interest in real estate and willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Additional languages (French, German, etc.)
- Experience in administrative, sales, or real estate roles
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing / social media
- Results-oriented mindset
