Teleperformance is recruiting a Sales Development Agent to work with our client Spotify.

What you'll do
Educate and coach Sales Reps and Account Managers on how to position Ads against Radio Ads / TV Ads and Ads as part of the marketing mix / digital Ads; Participate in client meetings together with Sales Reps and Account Managers as an expert and convey thorough expertise about brand marketing; Identify segment expectations, behaviors, and attitudes to develop initiatives that ensure the customer's experience delivers on the client's brand; Identify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment; Support AGENCIES in their approach to brand clients and enable agencies to sell our client's inventory; Join Agency pitches and presentations as a SME / Expert; Contribute to making our client a priority for marketing budget decision makers.What you'll need
Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B2 Level; 2-3 yearsof working experience in an international marketing agency with focus on brand awareness / brand marketing campaigns; Experience in leading / building brand marketing campaigns for large clients; Understanding of how a marketing / digital agency works, buys, and sells; KnowledgeaboutTV, Radio, or Digital Audio Advertising; Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and relationship management experience; Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm.Teleperformance Portugal
