Data Engineer

€40k-€43k base salary
The Business
We're partnered with a global consultancy that builds bespoke technology and data solutions for enterprise customers across multiple industries. With international teams and a strong engineering culture, they are continuing to grow their data capability and are looking for a number of Data Engineers to join the team.
The Role
You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms and pipelines across both batch and real-time environments. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working across modern cloud ecosystems, solving complex data challenges, and contributing to architectural decisions in a collaborative engineering environment.
What They're Looking For
Ideally 5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer in modern cloud environments
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure (multi-cloud exposure highly beneficial)
Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow
Experience with streaming and messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ
Strong understanding of modern data engineering best practices
Fluent English communication skills
On Offer
Base salary between €40,000–€43,000
Minimum 12-month contract with strong likelihood of extension (many of the team have been there 3+ years)
