At our organization, we are dedicated to connecting employers with top talent across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs.
* Develop and manage job postings across relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
* Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels to ensure a strong pipeline of potential hires.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to identify top talent.
* Coordinate interview logistics and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
* Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress to ensure efficient and timely placement of candidates.
* Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives to enhance our organization's reputation as an attractive employer.
* Support internal talent development within the organization by identifying and developing new skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency in using LinkedIn and social media for recruitment. They should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team, fluent in English, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per week.
