Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will act as a key link between our Level 1 Support and Development teams, handling complex technical issues and contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of our applications.
As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents escalated by the Level 1 team
* Analyze application bugs and deliver reliable fixes in collaboration with developers
* Write, test, and deploy small to medium bug fixes mainly in PHP and JavaScript
* Monitor application performance and logs to detect and prevent issues
* Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for recurring incidents and solutions
Requirements:
* Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL
* Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using Git and working with ticketing systems
* Autonomous, structured, and proactive
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Fluent in English French is a plus
