SQL Developer
with strong experience in database development, automation, and reporting to support the design, optimization, and evolution of data-driven solutions.
This role combines strong SQL expertise, hands-on development skills, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and security;
Design and implement complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support business and technical requirements;
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of SQL Server environments;
Develop scripts and routines using Visual Basic (VB) to automate processes and support data integration between systems;
Create, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards in Excel, including the use of macros and VBA;
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to continuous improvement initiatives;
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and maintainable data solutions;
Support documentation of data solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team;
Identify technical risks related to data solutions and propose effective alternatives or improvements.
Required Profile
At least 5 years of professional experience in SQL development or similar roles;
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning;
Solid knowledge of Visual Basic (VB) applied to automation and data integration;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dashboards, reporting, and automation with macros/VBA;
Ability to design robust, scalable, and efficient SQL-based solutions;
Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams;
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset;
