CANDIDATE
The professional to be recruited will be responsible for:
Leading the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across systems;
Compiling and submitting departmental Balance Sheet and P&L reports to global platforms;
Advisingthe business on accounting issues and special transactions;
Maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders including management, headquarters, auditors, and cross-functional teams;
Supporting theimplementation of new accounting standards and business regulations;
Performing andimproving internal controls to ensure compliance and transparency;
Contributing to special projects such as M&A transactions and regulatory changes;
Activelyparticipating in cross-functional initiatives, including digitalization efforts within accounting.
Digital Skills & Innovation
Promoting the use and migration to the latest SAP FI version and other digital tools to optimize accounting workflows;
Applyingadvanced Excel and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency;
Embracing automation, data visualization, and collaboration platforms to enhance transparency and decision-making;
Remaining proactive and curious about emerging technologies in finance and accounting.
PROFILE
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Assurance, or similar roles;
Solid understanding of accounting principles and closing procedures;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel.
