Joom is a platform for shopping from all over the world. Joom helps consumers to make shopping easy and entertaining and provides access to interesting and unique goods from around the world.
Joom is one of the key businesses of Joom Group, an international group of tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in **** in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: JoomPro, the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace, with successful operations in Brazil and plans to expand to other markets; JoomPulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.
We are expanding the team and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for promoting joom.com ( on the international market.
Responsibilities
Promote joom.com ( website on the European market (25 countries)
Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and other digital channels
Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and scale
Manage large advertising budgets to maximize ROI / ROAS and achieve key business goals
Work closely with product, pricing, and analytics teams to align strategy and leverage insights
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Continuously explore new traffic sources and ad formats
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
Familiarity with Merchant Center, CSS, feed management, and automation (via API, scripts or no-code platforms)
Proven experience managing large ad budgets
A strong data-driven approach to decision-making, optimization, and reporting
Experience in e-commerce
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Will be a plus
Experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Holistics, etc.)
