Responsabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain shared data and analytics solutions — including data models, pipelines, reporting layers, automation, and reusable components that enable scalable analytics delivery.
Lead the implementation, governance, and evolution of strategic Metrics Frameworks, ensuring business metrics are consistent, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Define and enforce best practices for analytics development, including version control, testing, documentation, and quality assurance, to promote efficiency and analytics rigor.
Drive operational excellence across data teams through process standardization, automation, and proactive monitoring of data and analytics quality and performance.
Promote and support the adoption of Data Ops and Analytics Ops methodologies, enabling better collaboration and delivery efficiency across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into robust, sustainable, and governed technical solutions.
Act as a technical and governance reference for analytics operations, contributing to a strong, consistent data culture and enabling data and analytics practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI roles, with strong exposure to data operations, governance, or enablement.
Proven adoption of a data-driven perspective applied to Data analytics.
Experience with SQL, dimensional data modeling, and ETL/data pipeline development.
Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Power BI preferred), with understanding of data visualization governance and scalability.
Hands-on experience with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar).
Experience contributing to or leading the implementation of metrics frameworks (e.g., V2MOM, OKRs, KPI-based models).
Solid understanding of Data Ops and Analytics Ops principles, and how to apply them to real world analytics delivery.
Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and enforce analytics governance standards across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business and operational needs into sustainable technical solutions.
A resilient, persistent, and motivated attitude — able to lead by example and influence through credibility and consistency.
Experience managing by influence across data teams, fostering alignment and shared accountability.
Good in English, written and spoken.
Experience implementing Data Ops, Analytics Ops and MLOps practices in real environments.
Plus.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, cataloging, or metadata management.

Proven contribution to Self-Service Analytics or Data Enablement initiatives.
