Profile description:
We are looking for a
motivated
Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following
requirements
:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field;
* More than 3 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably process engineering of electronic or electromechanical components, with exposure to technical coordination and value stream oriented tasks;
* Good knowledge of statistics and methodical proceeding (Six Sigma or Red X);
* Preferably knowledge automotive standards (APQP, TS16949);
* Strong ability to work independently and for teamwork;
* Strong engagement, flexibility and resilience, "hands on";
* Good knowledge of standards MS applications (Word, Excel, MS Project);
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions;
* English at business level;
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
