The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.
The role involves promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers for Straumann's portfolio.
About the Role
* Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers for Straumann's portfolio within an assigned territory.
* Manage defined accounts' geography to grow an existing business and convert new prospect accounts remotely and face-to-face.
* Plan and execute a Territory Activity plan based on understanding the potential in each account in a predefined geography.
* Use insights and a consultative selling approach to help develop customers' business; challenge them to see new business opportunities and growth areas.
* Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
* Utilize data/analytics to help identify opportunities and risks.
* Educate customers on products to ensure the practice is clinically comfortable with the portfolio via platforms such as Zoom/Teams or within clinic.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Identify, target, and convert prospect accounts and new business with dentists, surgeons, and implantologists.
2. Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet country-specific sales objectives.
3. Provide excellent in-person attention and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to facilitate future clinical education.
4. Participate and carry out the implementation of new launches from Marketing and new product sales objectives.
5. Participate in regional and national trade shows.
6. Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
