Pharma & Events Project Manager We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate pharmaceutical events in Lisbon, working closely with Amadeus to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and participants. This role combines project management, strategic event planning, and cross-stakeholder coordination to execute innovative and high-impact events.
Work Arrangement:
* Hybrid work model: combination of remote and on-site work in Lisbon.
* Flexible working hours to meet project deadlines and collaborate internationally.
* Occasional travel to event locations and partner meetings may be required.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute pharmaceutical events (conferences, congresses, workshops) from start to finish.
* Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners, including the integration of Amadeus solutions for travel and logistics.
* Prepare and monitor budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring quality and deadline objectives are met.
* Oversee event logistics: venue, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure visibility and participant engagement.
* Identify risks and propose preventive and corrective solutions.
* Produce post-event reports and KPI analysis to evaluate success and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
* Experience working with Amadeus or similar corporate travel and logistics platforms.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical event regulations and requirements.
