**Channel Trade Marketing Manager Role**
Sought after is a results-driven professional with expertise in Trade Marketing strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating channel strategies into actionable plans, ensuring seamless brand activation aligned with marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate the On Trade channel strategy into locally relevant Trade Marketing plans.
* Contribute to brand planning by providing channel-specific insights and ensuring alignment with the HoReCa environment.
* Design and implement the annual Trade Marketing plan, including activation calendars, visibility tools, and promotional mechanics.
* Ensure alignment with brand marketing teams and tailor strategies to fit channel and customer needs.
* Monitor execution in collaboration with field teams and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Requirements:
* University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related areas.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the HoReCa channel.
* Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Sales roles.
* Strong understanding of consumer behavior, channel dynamics, and customer needs.
* Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English; intermediate proficiency (minimum B1 level).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of data and reporting tools is a plus.
* Availability to travel nationally.
* Legal eligibility to work in Portugal at the time of application (mandatory).
