What we are looking for
* Hard Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux system administration or infrastructure management.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of clusters in production environments.
* Fluent Portuguese & English proficiency – both written and spoken – for documentation and collaboration in international teams.
* CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is highly valued, but not mandatory
* Soft Skills:
