ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Senior Specialist Supplier Quality (M/F) – Remote, for a client.
Overall purpose of job: - Maintain and improve systems and processes to manage Suppliers and Distributors involved in products and services used for GxP activities on behalf of the Innovative Medicines Local Operating Companies;
- Contribute to and support the overall implementation and execution of Supplier/Distributor Quality Management procedures and processes for the - Innovative Medicines Local Operating Companies and the Regional/Global organization;
- Support the Quality and Compliance oversight of the Suppliers and Distributors;
- Provide leadership/support in Supplier Quality Management projects as needed as per functions priorities and goals.
Essential duties and responsibilities: - Participate on Quality initiatives to develop and deploy standardized systems/processes that meet regional and local needs and advance capability;
- Lead regional Qualityinitiatives and provide subject matter expertise;
- Support the Supplier Quality Strategy;
- Establish and maintain relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders;
- Operate as a key business partner for Supplier/Distributor Quality Management processes, understand business requirements and support the execution of the quality processes;
- Provide subjectmatter expertise to LOCs;
- Lead a quality culture with internal and external stakeholders;
- Lead the implementation and execution of Supplier/Distributor Quality Management procedures and processes for the Innovative Medicines Local Operating Companies and the Regional/Global organization;
- Lead Quality Assurance and Compliance oversight of Suppliers/Distributors by providing leadership in the selection, qualification, monitoring and disengagement of these Suppliers/Distributors;
- Negotiate Quality Agreements with Suppliers/Distributors and assure implementation of the agreed;
- Monitor and effectively utilize dashboards and take action to correct those situations which are not in line with established controls or targets;
- Proactively identify risks, where possible resolve these risks and escalate to management;
- Provide leadership inSupplier Quality Management projects.
Other features of the job: - This function strongly interacts with all functions within Innovative Medicines including LOC/ESO and Global CQ colleagues and stakeholders (eg RDQ, IPV, JJRC, Procurement);
- This role is reporting within the Commercial Quality Organization - virtual organization, remote role.
Essential knowledge and skills/ competencies: - Master's degree in science, pharmaceutical science or engineering discipline;
- 5+ years of Healthcare Industry experience;
- Cultural awareness;
- Broad based technical knowledge and skills in business areas such as Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Supplier Quality, Project Management and Manufacturing;
- Languages: English;
Desirable: French, Arabic, Turkish;
FPX;

- Excellent communication skills – Both verbal and written;
