Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to collaborate with compliance, risk, and service delivery teams to oversee supplier and intra-group relationships in New Zealand. The primary focus will be on managing risks, ensuring proper documentation, and regulatory reporting deliverables related to third-party management.
The successful candidate will own and implement the third-party risk management policy and operating model for our supply chain, manage third-party risk management activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and vendor monitoring, plan IT changes and oversee the performance of material fourth-party suppliers for outsourced IT services, monitor IT service quality, including escalations and improvement plans through SLAs and KRIs, ensure approvals are processed through internal governance for outsourcing changes and vendor lifecycle deliveries, provide clear guidance for staff on third-party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and their ongoing accountability, ensure compliance with EBA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements (DORA), and prepare reports for senior management on outsourcing risks, compliance, and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as IT, finance, business administration, or economics.
* 3+ years of experience in a role involving vendor management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
* Knowledge of outsourcing and business resilience regulations and how they apply to retail financial services.
* Experience developing service management, monitoring processes, and conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements.
* Fluency in English.
