We are currently seeking motivated, technology savvy recruiting professionals to work closely with our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans in Western Europe sub-region (France, Belgium, Netherlands). A Snapshot of Your Day
Working directly for the Head of Talent Acquisition – Europe you will work alongside a distributed team of TA Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists.
1. Work on diverse projects and initiatives as a member of a global talent acquisition team
2. Collaborate and partner with managers to develop and expand your industry knowledge
3. Contribute to improvements and efficiencies in our talent acquisition processes
How You'll Make an Impact
4. End to end responsibility for the recruiting framework
5. Responsible for being an active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practice to support assigned business area
6. Maintain a deep understanding of the current labour market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence
7. Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners, but also with a community of potential future candidates against hiring plan, ensuring excellent communication and experience for our candidates
8. Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channels including our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc
9. Promote inclusion strategy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions
10. Assess candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews (live and on-demand), document feedback and ensure follow-up with hiring managers

What You Bring
12. Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with experience gained from an inhouse, agency or RPO environment
13. Experienced in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels such as LinkedIn, etc
14. Fluent in English and French
15. Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision making in relation to talent availability and demand
16. Customer orientated in handling and going above and beyond expectations
17. Emotionally intelligent - Shows empathy, is self-aware and aware of how others are feeling
18. A strong work ethic - Sets high standards and works diligently and quickly
