* Market Research and Analysis: Identify potential partners and markets to generate leads and close deals, increasing Elspec's presence in Europe.
* Client Training and Support: Provide training and support to new clients and agents/distributors to ensure they effectively utilize Elspec's products.
* International Travel: Travel to meet agents, customers, and attend events/exhibitions to promote Elspec's products.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
* Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is an asset.
* Presentation and Negotiation: Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships.
* Proactivity: Self-driven with a focus on business growth.
* Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
