Release Manager - Dynamics 365 Crm
We are seeking a skilled Release Manager to lead our digital product engineering team in delivering high-quality releases for our Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with Azure Cloud tech stack, including Azure App Services, functions, and Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates. They will also be proficient in pipelines, boards, and release management, with a proven track record of setting up optimal project configurations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage release calendars and schedules that align with project roadmaps and business goals.
* Identify risks in release processes and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
* Plan rollback procedures for failed releases and collaborate with development, testing, operations, and business teams to resolve issues.
* Report release progress and status to stakeholders and make informed decisions on release readiness and timing.
* Balance speed of delivery with quality assurance and serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Strong technical background with a proven track record in the following skills on Azure Cloud tech stack: Azure App Services, functions, and ARM templates.
* Knowledge of deployment, updates, and integration of D365 applications, as well as Power Platform: understanding Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI deployment processes.
* Excellent communication skills that allow you to lead topics across multiple stakeholders and oversee various aspects of software delivery.
