Front Office Agent Night Shift
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Respond to all guest questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Answer and forward phone calls, and ensure that all messages are relayed to the relevant departments.
* Evaluate guest satisfaction and make recommendations to improve our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a similar role in 4* hotels is essential.
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required.
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is also necessary.
* A professional appearance and attitude are expected at all times.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
* Teamwork and flexibility regarding work schedules are highly valued.
