Don't worry, we've got this.What You Will DoLead end-to-end delivery of M&A technology integrations, including systems onboarding, identity and access alignment, data migration, and platform consolidationDrive office buildout programs, delivering core IT infrastructure such as network, cabling, AV, and end-user technology to enable day-one operational readinessOversee complex enterprise integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity between acquired entities, partners, and Scopely's core platformsManage programs across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoint services, and enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and securityCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver standardized, repeatable solutions for integrations and office deploymentsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and operational standardsApply a product mindset to enterprise IT services, focusing on lifecycle management, user experience, and continuous improvementPartner with technical and product teams to identify integration opportunities that enhance the scalability, resilience, and reusability of shared platformsFacilitate prioritization and trade‐off decisions across competing initiatives, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and alignment with enterprise goalsDefine and evolve repeatable integration and deployment playbooks for M&A and office buildoutsPartner with product and platform teams to align IT services with broader enterprise roadmapsIdentify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and automation (including Agentic AI) to improve IT service delivery, integration processes, and operational workflowsLead programs that incorporate AI‐enabled solutions such as intelligent automation, service copilots, and workflow optimizationEnsure AI initiatives align with enterprise security, governance, and data privacy standardsPartner with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on priorities, timelines, and outcomesDrive program governance, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reportingCommunicate clearly and consistently with leadership on progress, risks, and value deliveryManage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization across integrations and infrastructure initiativesOversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance across network, hardware, and service providersWhat We're Looking For8+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management within enterprise technology environmentsStrong experience managing programs involving infrastructure, cloud platforms, systems integration, and enterprise IT servicesProven ability to deliver complex, cross‐functional initiatives at scaleExperience working in environments where IT services are developed and managed with a product mindsetStrong understanding of enterprise technology domains (e.g., cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, security, APIs, and integrations)Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and drive deliveryExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive‐level reportingExperience managing budgets, vendors, and external partnersStrong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global businessBonus PointsExperience in gaming, entertainment, or high‐growth technology companiesBackground in internal platforms, enterprise SaaS, or shared service environmentsExperience with AI/ML‐driven solutions, including automation or intelligent systems (e.g., Agentic AI, copilots, workflow automation)Familiarity with LLM‐based applications or AI service delivery modelsExperience driving process improvements across IT, Security, or Operations functionsPMP, PgMP, Agile, or Product‐related certificationExperience working in global, matrixed organizationsScopely is committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect.
