Responsibilities:
* Support New Product Development Trade Intelligence via shopper research, trade selling stories, channel recommendations. Contribute to the launch teams & GTM Teams. Support post-launch performance and sell-out tracking.
* Identify and support country-specific needs for POS materials and assets, coordinate development, create visuals, support implementation, and manage quotations and feedback. Share best practices across countries and assist with category management projects, including planogram development and implementation.
* Analyze market data from sources like IRI, Nielsen, and Unify to derive insights, prepare reports, and update presentations for internal stakeholders.
* Handle ad-hoc market and competitive deep dives, consolidate Nielsen country data.
* Update and monitor the NPD tracker for new product performance; support digital KPI tracking for data-driven decisions.
* Promote best practice sharing on promotions and Perfect Store concepts across countries, supporting local implementation and tracking progress.
* Assist RCM Senior Trade Marketing Manager in business steering and with Centres of Excellence.
* Help identify go-to-market barriers and implement corrective actions with RCM or country teams.
* Foster Trade Marketing best practice sharing within country clusters and with Local Trade Marketing teams.
Qualifications:
* University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, or relevant field.
* 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Trade functions.
* Solid trade marketing knowledge focusing on shopper research, promotional effectiveness, and category management.
* Strong analytical skills to identify trends, insights, and translate data into strategies.
* Experience managing cross-functional projects with a results-driven, proactive approach.
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
