You’ll lead a small full-stack squad delivering key features across their client-facing platforms. You’ll still be coding (around 30% of your time), but your bigger job will be setting standards, coaching engineers, and helping shape the technical direction for the platform.The role is a great mix of leadership and hands-on engineering.
