About Responsibilities
Within KLx, you will join our Payment Pole of over 100 professionals in Portugal and you will be responsible for managing a scope of our Crédit Agricole IT partner. Directly reporting to the Partner Relationship & Global Delivery Manager (PRM/GDM), you will be responsible for leading the teams and managing the operational activities in straight collaboration with the client's operational managers.
At the head of 4 to 5 Tech Leads and 30 employees, your main missions will be:
Operational management of the activity: management of the workload, activity plan, monitoring and reporting (kpi) of the activity
Participation in sourcing management: handling of client requests, liaise with client on recruitment process, onboarding of resources by ensuring the correct provision of equipment, team care
Talent management: managing team members and in conjunction with the Global Delivery Manager carrying out recruitments, steering training plan and/or team care actions, steering and proposing mobility and development
Reporting: produce indicators; preparing and leading client committees
Client operational management: Prepare and lead steering committees with client management; Prepare and lead activity monitoring committees with the client's operational managers; Participate in the integration of the new client in the transition plan in conjunction with the transition manager
Who you are
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
At least 5 years experience in leading and structuring software development teams.
Experience in payment solutions or electronic banking would be a valuable plus.
Advanced knowledge of French
(mandatory)
Good knowledge of English
Strong interpersonal abilities and a natural commercial mindset.
