Your New Role
As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will ensure the maintenance, security, and evolution of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and hardware. You will be responsible for budgeting, managing projects, and advising on the implementation of technological infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will promote continuous improvement and propose innovations in both hardware and software.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the maintenance, security, and evolution of the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, software, hardware).
* Develop and execute the budget for the technological infrastructure area.
* Manage projects or provide advisory support for the implementation of technological infrastructure projects.
* Promote continuous improvement of the IT system and propose innovations in hardware and software.
* Stay updated on key knowledge, trends, and references in information systems to make quality recommendations.
* Manage the user support team.
* Oversee service contracts: Licensing, Communications, and Backups.
* Promote and raise awareness of best practices in the use of IT systems.
Requirements
* At least 4-5 years of experience in a management position in the IT area.
* Higher education in Computer Science or similar fields (preferred).
* Experience in Project Management.
* Knowledge of Systems, Networks, and Security.
* Familiarity with infrastructures involving data lakes, IoT hubs, and analytics.
* Ability to make quality decisions under pressure.
* Capability to take controlled risks.
* Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
* Integration into a rapidly growing company and a leader in its sector.
