What you can look forward to:
The Desktop Warranty Audit Specialist will identify and explain deviations and potential for improvement in warranty process handling in GBS and check the effectiveness of central models for warranty application review.
Within this responsible position, this role will make an important contribution to a positive customer experience in the environment of particularly customer-sensitive warranty repairs at a central corporate interface between customer, service and product quality, support the achievement of adequate cost targets and contribute to an audit-proof warranty application review.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Preparation, implementation and follow-up of desktop audits, including claim checking models
Documentation of test results and communication to the worldwide audit objects until audit is completed
Correction of incorrect claims in the warranty system
Coordinating chargebacks and causal correction of determined final deviations from all warranty audit processes
Analysis of desktop audit results and incorporating findings into improvement process of upstream application review processes and models
What we are looking for:
Education and Experience Requirements
Apprenticeship as a car mechanic/car mechatronic technician with further training as a master craftsman or technical business economist
Practical experience in the field of (commercial) vehicle engineering and
knowledge of workshop and repair processes
Skills and Competencies
Very good analytical skills and a feel for the overall context
Independent, structured and efficient way of working
Excellent teamwork skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative
environment
