Your mission will be…
1. Install, configure, assist or remove software/hardware on workstations following guidelines (applications, tools, etc.) or with external/provider support;
2. Aid in a wide range of everyday situations (troubleshooting and resolution of problems);
3. Installation and configuration of Android OS on workstations;
4. Ensure equipment management, IT inventory and recording of changes to equipment or services;
We are looking for someone with…
5. +1 year of experience as a Support Technician;
6. Experience in hardware and software support;
7. Networking and security knowledge;
8. Knows and comprehends the importance of IT Security, Cyber Security in a corporate environment;
9. Knowledge of some programming language such as C++, C#, Java, Oracle, Python, SQL;
10. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
11. Fluent English (written and spoken);
12. Autonomy and dynamism.
