Overview
The MarComms Sales Support Specialist is the right hand to the Product & Sales MarComms Manager. This role is focused on executing tasks across sales materials, social media, digital tools, event prep, and more. You’ll be very detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease to keep communications and projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and updating sales tools and materials (brochures, presentations, templates).
* Help coordinate content publishing on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
* Support showroom coordination and sales targeted event and product marketing activities.
* Execute updates to marketing material and the external website in coordination with digital internal team.
* Work with various vendors and support vendor creation and management.
* Upload and help organize content on Sales Enablement tool, HubSpot and sales force for easy sales access.
* Assist in collecting information for case studies and success stories from across the region.
* Help prepare internal launch materials for products in touch meetings and support in distribution of product updates to the sales team.
* Collaborate effectively where needed on cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in sales support.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
* Familiar with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Sales Enablement tool, HubSpot, Sales force and similar.
* Fluent Business English and B1 German required – Written and Spoken
* Other languages and cross-cultural experiences in leading markets are a plus
* Strong content development skills.
* Team player who enjoys supporting others and learning new things.
