What you'll do
* Design complex solutions across applications, integrations, data, and cloud.
* Make sure architectures are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
* Optimize and scale cloud-based applications.
* Guide teams on architectural best practices and standards.
* Evaluate new technologies and suggest what to adopt.
* Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams as a trusted advisor.
* Present decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Mentor engineers and solution architects.
* Play an active role in architecture reviews and forums.
What we're looking for
* Solid experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
* 5–10 years in software engineering with strong Java skills (J2EE, multithreaded services, web apps).
* Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and storage.
* Hands‑on knowledge of microservices (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus).
* Familiarity with architectural/data patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing).
* Strong understanding of distributed transactions.
* Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
* Familiarity with API Gateway, OIDC authentication, and network architecture.
* AI‑savvy: capable of designing AI‑enabled solutions (xLMs, fine‑tuning, RAG, Agents).
* Agile mindset with Scrum experience (Jira, Confluence).
* Experience in financial services is a plus.
