Entry-Level Service Expert
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Service Expert in Almada. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in hospitality and gain valuable experience in providing exceptional customer service.
* Provide warm greetings and welcome guests upon arrival
* Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests
* Offer information about local attractions, events, and restaurants, helping guests make the most of their stay
* Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, creating a welcoming environment for all guests
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations for guests, providing a high level of service at all times
* Foster a safe and respectful environment by following safety protocols and procedures at all times
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements
* Customer service experience is highly desirable, but not required; on-the-job training will be provided to ensure success in this role
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
