Key responsibilities include verifying if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights, understanding customer's unique situation and proceeding with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims, and managing legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.
To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2), and previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus. You should also be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
