Business Analysis Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business analysis initiatives in Portugal. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT and ERP systems, with the ability to work remotely.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirements
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
* Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams (developers, architects, ERP consultants)
* Identify and propose improvements to ERP workflows
* Support testing, training, and documentation processes
Required Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis
* Proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN
* Experience preparing functional specifications and structured documentation
* Knowledge of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus
