Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, implement tracking systems, and coordinate resources to meet operational demands. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a local supply chain team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with global strategies. Vendor and Contract Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate their performance, and manage the lifecycle of contracts in compliance with regulations. Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure resilience and continuity. Global Coordination: Collaborate with international teams to align supply chain operations and contribute to worldwide initiatives. Requirements: At least 10 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational or complex operational context. Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and knowledge of international trade regulations. Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and French is mandatory.
