Profile One Way Eleven is an indie game development studio focused on story-driven experiences with a strong, distinctive visual identity and a lot of soul. Currently working on our debut title, we are building the foundations of our community and looking for someone who can shape how players first discover and connect with our games.The Role We're looking for a proactive Full‐Time Community & Growth Manager to engage and grow our community across platforms like Steam, Discord, and social media, connecting with players and helping communicate the creative vision behind our projects.This role also involves supporting the team in creating engaging content, editing videos, running small ad campaigns, and collaborating on influencer outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement: manage and engage with our community across Steam, Discord, and other social platforms.Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere and communicate regularly with players.Gather feedback and share key insights with the development team.Content CreationCollaborate with the team to create and edit posts, updates, and short‐form video content (clips, GIFs, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that reflect the game's identity and resonate with our audience.Social Media & GrowthManage and grow our presence on YouTube, TikTok and/or other relevant platforms.Manage small‐scale ad campaigns (e.g. YouTube, Reddit, TikTok) to drive awareness and engagement.Track analytics and refine content and campaigns based on performance data.Influencer OutreachWork with the team to reach out to influencers, streamers and creators aligned with the game's vision and identity.Requirements / SkillsPassion for PC/console story-driven, emotional indie games.Previous experience marketing indie or AA games.Excellent written and spoken English.Proven experience managing online communities, preferably in games or entertainment (Steam, Discord, Reddit, or similar).Analytical mindset: ability to track metrics, interpret results, and optimise campaigns.Creative, self‐motivated team player: able to collaborate closely with the team while managing tasks independently and proactively.Nice to haveSolid content creation skills (video editing, GIFs, social media posts).Basic image editing/graphic design knowledge.Experience planning campaigns across PC and console platforms.Connections with Press/Influencers.Second language proficiency (other than Portuguese).RoleContribute early to an exciting new IP.Work closely with a passionate, collaborative, emerging indie team.Opportunity to build your portfolio in indie game marketing.Relocation support if applicable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
