Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Architecture Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and deploying Architectural drawings from the BIM model, with a strong understanding of Autodesk Revit modeling software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, production, communication, and quality assurance tasks related to BIM architecture modeling. They will work closely with other members of the BIM team to ensure model and project documentation consistency.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Planification: Receive design task lists and compare them with design standards; identify modelling issues and evaluate their impact on project planning.
o Production: Create and deploy the BIM model from available documents; create object families and necessary elements to compose models.
o Communication: Coordinate with other members of the BIM team to ensure model documentation consistency.
