Detalhes do Projeto: I submitted my documents to exchange my driver's license to a Portuguese DL.
I was instructed by a woman at the IMT that I did not need to include a certificate of authenticity.
Well that was wrong.
I find myself trying to figure out how to get this certificate so I can resubmit my documents.
