Methodology/Certification expertise's ·
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through expertise
Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
ITIL expertise is recommended.
Non-Technical expertise's
· Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
· On-call permanency is possible
· Strong tracking, coordination, and project planning expertise's
· Expertise in identifying and implementing process and/or application improvements
· Change management procedures and internal guidelines.
Global team and in a multi-cultural environment.
Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
