Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Commis Chef.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and service standards, while consistently contributing to the departmental targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet the highest standards of Hilton, ensuring consistent great food production and contributing to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef, with NVQ Level 1, and a proven ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. They will also possess excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous Experience: As a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
* Certification: NVQ Level 1
* Skills: Positive attitude, Good communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, Proven ability to work with a team and follow instructions
