Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the program management team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of program activities.
* Establish and manage program schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
* Collect and maintain accurate program documentation, including business plans, risk assessments, and performance reports.
* Develop and implement processes to improve program efficiency, productivity, and quality.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program compliance with regulatory requirements and customer standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Master's degree in engineering or business administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial environments or product development.
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of quality tools, finance skills, and proficiency in Faurecia Program Management System (PMS).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
