Role Overview
As a Web Designer and SEO Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing high-performing websites that deliver world-class user experiences.
You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless UX, accessibility, and design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, maintain, and continuously optimize web applications to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies that drive traffic growth and strengthen organic visibility for company products and brands.
* Collaborate with content teams to implement best practices in metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
* Oversee day-to-day web operations, ensuring stability, speed, and ongoing optimization.
* Track and report key website and SEO KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in web design and SEO, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
* Proficiency in Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, and a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
* Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals and schema.
* Experience with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
* Strong eye for UX/UI design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Fluent in English.
