About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Tester to join a dynamic project within the private banking and asset management sector. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring that business‐critical applications meet the highest quality standards before reaching end users.
Working in a cross‐functional and fast‐paced environment, you'll collaborate daily with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive quality across the entire software lifecycle.

What You Will Do
* Ensure software products meet top‐tier quality standards before release
* Define, implement, and maintain an effective testing and quality management strategy
* Design, document, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements
* Conduct functional and non-regression testing
* Plan, organize, and oversee all pre-release testing activities
* Log, track, and validate defect resolution
* Develop and maintain automated tests within the testing factory
* Drive continuous improvement of QA processes
* Collaborate closely with business teams, IT, and project stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in private banking or asset management
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
* Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (requirements, configuration, testing phases, migration)
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, devs, architects, QA)
* Exposure to business and technology transformation initiatives
* Ability to analyze and improve business processes, system workflows, and user journeys
* Awareness of trends in wealth management and private banking
* Experience writing and executing automated tests using Selenium
Additional Information
* This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, requiring two on‐site days per week. The role is full‐time during standard business hours and plays a critical part in delivering high‐quality solutions within a demanding financial environment.
