The Role
As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and evolving our digital products, ensuring that every feature delivered brings value to both users and the business. You will act as the bridge between technical and business teams, translating needs into actionable and innovative solutions.
* Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is always aligned with the company's strategic goals;
* Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories for the development team;
* Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure shared understanding and alignment;
* Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups);
* Ensure delivered features meet user needs, business objectives, and quality standards;
* Make informed and timely decisions regarding scope and priorities throughout the development cycle;
* Validate product deliverables, focusing on usability, quality, and alignment with the product vision;
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related fields;
* Experience as a Product Owner or in related roles (e.g., product analyst, project manager);
* Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
* Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, or similar;
* Ability to interpret product data and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.);
* Basic understanding of software development processes (a plus, not required);
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders;
* Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset;
* User-focused, organized, and capable of managing priorities effectively;
* Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
