We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon or Porto Main Tasks Develop and maintain modules, components, and utilities of an ultra-low latency algorithmic trading platform.
Be responsible for the platform across development, support, CI/CD, and bug fixing.
Participate in an Agile-based software development lifecycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
Coordinate work with global engineering, business, and support teams.
Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of components.
Drive innovation in a largely greenfield environment.
Profile Proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20), STL, and Boost.
At least 5 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
Strong understanding of design and architecture principles, common data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load, real-time systems.
Experience in Agile development methodologies and migration/refactoring projects.
Knowledge of Unix scripting, Bash, or Python is a plus.
Knowledge of FIX protocol or other Fintech protocols is a plus.
Ability to work effectively as part of a globally distributed team.
Language Skills Fluent in English (written and spoken).
